Scene 064

IsaacI can't... win...

Isaac...Father! Why...?!

Bishop of the White NightHah. You are over-confident. Beating the other Sages was pure luck!

Bishop of the White NightUnderestimate the Head of the Sages at your peril, child!

IsaacFather... I...!

Bishop of the White NightYou still call me father?

Bishop of the White Night...Very well then. As a responsible parent, I shall put an end to your suffering.

LeonardNasty!

LeonardBut you're forgetting about me... We're not family.

LeonardI used to revere you. As leader of the Sages, and as a fellow Mage.

LeonardI'm happy to have this chance to settle things between us... To prove that I am stronger!

Bishop of the White NightOh really?

Bishop of the White NightYou won't be so happy after I'm finished with you!

Bishop of the White NightWell, come on then, keeper of the Wand of Dark. You pitiful monster-lover!

Bishop of the White NightCripple me then, go on, batter me with all your might - it will only seal your doom!

Leonard(Isaac, listen to me very carefully.)

Isaac(Leonard?)

Leonard(It's going to be hard to get away from the Diva of the Twilight.)

Leonard(The Bishop of the White Night and I are going to put on a little show to allow you two to get away.)

Leonard(Your father isn't being controlled at all. He's doing what he must...

Leonard...To keep as many people alive as possible. He really is... a heroic man.)

Isaac(Leonard...)

Leonard(Go to the Ruins west of Runedolf. I hid something there to help you.)

Isaac(In the City of Ruins...?)

Leonard(That's right.)

Isaac(But what about you?)

Leonard(Don't worry. After doing enough to fool the Diva of the Twilight, I'll be sure to get away too.)

Leonard(Vanishing is what I do best, after all!)

Leonard(The signal is when I use my magic. Take Trista and run!)

Isaac(OK...)

Leonard(All right then.)

LeonardBishop of the White Night, time for you to taste the power of Dark!

LeonardRise, from the depths of the abyss! Black spirits who howl in obsidian darkness!
