Scene 019
Isaac......
TristaThis is where your house was?
Isaac......
TristaHow terrible... There's nothing left!
IsaacGrandma...
TristaWe can't stay here... We need to meet with the other Sages.
TristaTrying to fight now would be like simply handing the Wand of Light over.
TristaIsaac... I know you have just lost someone close to you, but...
If you choose “I'm OK! Let's go!”
Isaac...No, I'm OK! Let's go!
TristaIsaac!
IsaacWith or without their Wands, the other Sages are sure to have good advice for us.
TristaYou're right.
TristaI've heard that the keeper of the Wand of Water lives to the east of Wet-Wood Forest.
IsaacOK!
End of the scene
If you choose “I can't do this...”
IsaacI can't take any more of this!
IsaacHow can I defeat an opponent who outrivaled both my father and Grandma?
Trista......
TristaYou might be right.
TristaBut I'm sure your father had good reason to entrust that Wand to you. There's meaning to this.
If you choose “Meaning?”
IsaacMeaning?
IsaacLike... what kind of meaning?
TristaI don't know.
TristaBut your father didn't take the Wand with him when he fought the Diva of the Twilight.
TristaThere has to be a reason for that. There has to be!
Isaac......
IsaacWhat reason could there be not to take his most valuable weapon into battle...?
TristaI've heard that the keeper of the Wand of Water lives to the east of Wet-Wood Forest.
TristaThe most knowledgeable of the Sages, we should probably head over there first.
End of the scene
If you choose “There's no meaning!”
IsaacYou're wrong! There's no reason!
IsaacHe just wanted to get out of something that he knew was hopeless.
IsaacI see the truth now! My father never gave me a second thought. He was just thinking of himself!
TristaYou idiot! Do you really believe that?!
Isaac......
